The Visikol HISTO-M tissue clearing technique allows any researcher to easily and quickly adopt tissue clearing into their research workflow for imaging 3D cell culture models (e.g. organoids, spheroids, microtissues) using standard polystyrene well plates. The technique has been designed to be compatible with immunofluorescent labeling as well as fluorescent proteins and standard chemical dyes. Most importantly, the technique is reversible which means that you can validate your 3D tissue imaging results with traditional two dimensional H&E and IHC.
